Did you know that the wind follows me wherever I go? I have never had perfect running weather in any half marathon or longer. When I checked the forecast for the race earlier this week, it said the wind would blow only 10-15 miles per hour. I thought I had finally lucked out! However, here’s today's updated forecast for Saturday:

Winds at 25 to 30 miles per hour! Darn! I am glad I am not running the marathon. Here's hoping the the good weather will be waiting for me on May 31st in San Diego.
