You might not have noticed that I have added some new features to our blog along the right-hand margin:
- View our race courses. See distance, elevation, time, heart rate, and all the other cool features provided by my Garmin 405 watch. Click on the "player" to see the best version.
- Check out my training schedule and my typical failure to reach my weekly mileage goal. Then, come back and harass me about missing my runs so I will put my shoes on and get more consistent!
- Visit our shutterfly.com photo site to view photos and photo book slide shows from some of our adventures. I am working on updating this site more regularly, so check back often.
I hope you enjoy these new distractions.
